Stay active even in the winter

In the winter, we all would rather cuddle in bed rather than get up and do exercise. We all get lazy, but we need to exercise, for it is unhealthy not to exercise. If you think about it, exercise makes your body heat up, so you are warmer when you exercise.
We all eat more during the winter cause our bodies use the energy from the food to make us warm. If we exercise rather than eating to keep your body warm, it is much healthier.
We don’t want to go outside in the winter, especially when it’s freezing. So, get a exercise dvd, then you can exercise in the comfort of your own home.
